PAYMENT CONFIRMATION:
​Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.
Payment confirmation indicates that the payment has been successfully processed. However, confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance of the service, which remains subject to verification and compliance with our Terms & Conditions.

REFUND POLICY:
​Refunds are available only if a program or event is cancelled by the company. Requests must include valid transaction details. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–45 working days. No refunds will be issued for services already delivered.​

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Customers are entitled to cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase. Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please note that refund processing may take up to 45 days to be completed and reflected in the customer’s account, depending on the payment provider.
