Kaizen Consultancy service is a professional who performs needs assessments for organizations, then designs and facilitates employee or customer training materials and programs. Our responsibilities include identifying skills and knowledge gaps, developing instructional material and organizing learning activities.


To be successful in this role, you should have experience with various training methods, including e-learning and coaching, and be able to keep trainees engaged with interactive sessions, like outdoor activities and role-playing exercises. We believe that meeting people face to face, understanding their challenges, find out their difficulties, current and future strategies of the companies or guests, giving them accurate information, motivating employees, management or guests to achieve their goals and targets etc.
